Lorraine opened this charity in memory of her daughter. She works so hard alongside her volunteers and under the scenes to raise money for families dealing with cancer and in need of Financial, Physical and Mental support through this difficult period.
THE 3 HOUR POWER EVENT:
Previous Challenges...
I have run this event a few times in previous years in the UK... raising upto 3.5k for the last one before moving over to Spain. It's a great challenge to help motivate us to keep fit but also help prove that we are fitter than we think.
Who Can Do It...
If you can do a PUMP class then you will have no problem in the 3 hour format for this challenge don't tell anyone... so fancy it but never tried PUMP... come try it on Wednesday? If you have any preexisting conditions of the body, heart, blood or lungs do let me know prior to signing up.
The Format...
Each class will be around 45mins with 15min great to recuperate some energy and a little time for a energy drink or a few nuts before the next session...

Cost...
Either pay 25€ Sign up fee upfront or Free sign up if you prefer to ask your friends and family to sponsor you. We can do it via paypal, facebook or in cash.
