What's it all about? Sheer fun! We get together, don our headphones with which we control our own volume, then we let go of our inhibitions, I turn on the music, all the songs we love to sing out loud, we walk and sing, then stop off at strategic points for some toning - abs, butts, thighs and we work the arms while we walk. New routes! New music!Beautiful views wherever possible. All low impact. Do as much or as little as you like.
Just bring water, a little back pack, wear trainers (not flip-flops or sandals) and a sense of humour.
It is truly such a good time. We'll stop for a cheeky drink afterwards too.
